Your
Local Motorcycle Group invites
riders along to a FREE Rider Improvement Day.
Coventry
and Warwick Advanced Motorcyclists Group today are inviting local
motorcyclists to come along to the FREE Rider Improvement Day they have
planned for Sunday 15th May. From
09.00 to 3.pm
at Shilton Village Hall, Wood Lane, Shilton, CV7 9JZ.
Keith Daffern, Chairperson of the
Group said:
"Now
the warmer weather is on its way, this is the time of year when riders are
getting bikes out, perhaps after a Winter break. Riders might be feeling a bit
rusty after not being on their bike for a while so we have planned this
informal day on Sunday 15 May to let them come along, go out on a one to one
with our observers for a short ride out, then return for a coffee and chat.
The aim of the day for us is that the rider will receive plenty of useful
hints about how they can improve their riding, and ultimately keep themselves
safer and enjoy their riding more."
From their
short ride out, motorcyclists can expect to be given tips on how to:
·
Improve their cornering
·
Ride more smoothly
·
Overtake with more confidence
·
Generally improve their riding skills
The day is
expected to be very popular so any motorcyclist keen to make the most of this
FREE opportunity are asked to phone for more information and book their slot
well in advance.
