The Vintage Motorcycle club have agreed for us again to have a stand (and tickets) at this year's Mallory Park Festival of 1000 Bikes. Last year our ''stand duty team'' were able to mix watching 1060 on track historic bikes with promoting extra training and eating sandwiches. We set the gazebo up between the Honda CB1100R and Brough Superior clubs in the Avenue of Clubs at Devil's Elbow and our nearest interested visitor was from Hinckley, our furthest the outer Hebrides.

It is now recognised that this unique event provides the best line up of “Past Masters” and famous machines assembled every year in the UK.

Plan would be small group to get the gazebo pitched Friday evening

Saturday / Sunday: Stand volunteers wanting to have their bike next to the gazebo need to be in position before 9.00am (no vehicle movement until after 5:00pm) or parking outside is very close - if you can't make 9:00, that's ok.

To get the best out of the days we need at least 5 volunteers each day, so if you fancy a great day out (full members or associates) contact me or Steve Pearce asap. (or webmaster will forward  e mail).

Thanks Ian Stringer
