CWAM AGM Tuesday April 13th 2010

Notice is hereby given that the C.W.A.M. Annual General Meeting will be held at the Walsgrave Hospital Social Club on 13^th April 2010 at 8.00pm to enable the Trustees of the Group (Registered Charity No 1056844) to present their Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31^st December 2009 for approval by the Group Full Members and to conduct an election.

All Group Full Members, Associates and Friends are invited to attend but only Group Full Members may vote. A member entitled to vote may appoint a proxy to vote in their stead. A proxy need not be a Group Full Member.

All Group Officer positions are open for election every year:

 Chairman: Tony Williamson…………… Nomination sought for 2010.

Vice Chairman: Keith Daffern………… Offering to stand for 2010.

Secretary: Ian Collard………………… Offering to stand for 2010.

Treasurer: Robert Langford……………Offering to stand for 2010.

Other Committee positions due for re-election for 2010:

 Committee Member: Gary Green……………… Offering to stand again.

Social Night Organiser: Simon Daffern……… Offering to stand again.

All the above positions are open for election at the AGM. Any Nominations must be sent to the Secretary, in writing, using the nomination form below by 6^th April 2010.
