Jaguar Sports & Social Club

CWAM is very fortunate to have use of the superb facilities at the Jaguar Sports and Social Club for many of its events. It is the meeting and registration point prior to Observed Rides and the venue for Club Nights and is situated at  Browns Lane, Allesley, Coventry, CV5 9DR.

Approaching from the A45 end of Browns Lane, the club is situated on the right hand side, about one mile from the A45 junction. The club's entrance is at the A45 end of the Factory and is separate to the Main Entrance to the Factory. A Postbox and bus shelter, almost directly opposite Marystow Close, are in close proximity to the gates leading to the club. The club is at the end of the drive; next to the Jaguar Employee's Shop. Just follow the other bikers. There is good disabled access and ample facilities for the Groups uses. There are main and overflow car parks, available if required. 

Most All Day Ride Outs start at the Kestrel Motorcycle Showroom, 104-108 Holbrook Lane, Coventry CV6 4BH

The Long Itch Diner is the start point for most Short Ride Outs and is situated half a mile outside Long Itchington in the direction of Southam/Banbury on the A423 Coventry/Banbury road.

Car Park Church Road, Shilton - Travelling on the B4065 from the south go through Ansty, as you reach the first houses in Shilton village and the road bends right, the small car park is on your left. If you cross the bridge over the railway and reach the traffic light junction with the B4029 Bulkington Road you have gone too far. 

Shilton Baptist Chapel Schoolrooms -The Shilton Baptist Chapel Schoolrooms used for some CWAM workshops are on the opposite side of the road to the car park.

Kenilworth Castle Car Park  Enter from Castle Road B4103 by the ford. (Not the car park opposite the Queen and Castle.)

Walsgrave Hospital Social Club, Coventry.

From the entrance in Clifford Bridge Road, continue straight over the first roundabout and right (3rd exit) at the second roundabout. After approx.100yards take the small road on the right signed Social Club. It is possible to park (without penalty) in the Crèche Car Park in the evenings.
