The latest information that I can give you from having a chat with John Lickley at the CWAM Christmas dinner last night is that you can now register for the event online at the IAM website.
I have heard there is a lot of interest for this event again as there is every year, and I would imagine with the new format will attract a lot of the members who have done it a few times before and may be looking to get in at the advanced level.
Places are usually filled on a first come served basis and for those who pay up front will be confirmed. The group levels will cater for the skills of members and associates that register, and does not mean that there will be an equal number of riders in novice, intermediate and advanced groups.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO REGISTER
It is like the usual buying on line process and can take some time.
Have patience it will work!
Log onto the IAM website
Click on the section: I am a motorcyclist
The left side there should be list: Click on Membership benefits
Login page: you will need to type in your
membership number with a lower case m at the front such as…….. m123456.
And then your password *******
Note: if you have not used the website before I would suggest that you make sure that your login and password work ok first before attempting your registration. You may need to reset your password.
Left side list: Click
Events Diary and look down the list for the April 2010 Rider Skills Day.
Complete the Application Form (make sure you fill in all the boxes, even mobile number otherwise it won’t allow you to proceed).
Finally continue online shopping e shop, add to basket and check out etc and send registration etc.
You will be sent an e mail to confirm your order.
