Coventry & Warwick Advanced Motorcycles
was formed in 1994 and has grown in popularity over the years and it now boasts well in excess
of a hundred members. Although
the prime motivation is to provide one-to-one guidance for
riders in preparation for the IAM's Advanced Motorcycle Test, the group also
offers a good range of other bike related activities. Just take a look at the Diary
to see what's on offer this year.

CWAM is organised and administrated by dedicated volunteers who form the
Committee
and run the group for the benefit of all the members. They work hard to
provide stimulating tuition and social programmes aimed
at expanding your biking experience. You
don't have to join in the social activities but if you don't, you're missing out on an integral
part of what the Group has to offer.
CWAM also supplies volunteers
to promote the group and IAM at regional and national events. CWAM observers
also support other biking organisations such as Warwickshire Police Bikesafe
Campaign. CWAM activities can fill your life if you're an eager volunteer or you
may be content to take a back seat once you've taken your test. whichever,
you'll be welcomed into the group.
The group is a registered charity
(No.1056844) and is affiliated to the Institute of Advanced Motorists
which is also a
registered charity (No.249002).
